Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A beekeeper shall
not use a prescribed substance or any substance of a prescribed class of
substances for the treatment of a disease without the prior approval of an
inspector.
(2) An approval given
for the purposes of subsection (1) may be given subject to such
conditions and restrictions (if any) as are specified in writing by an
inspector.
(3) A person who
contravenes the provisions of this section or who uses a prescribed substance
otherwise than in accordance with written conditions or restrictions specified
by an inspector in respect of such use commits an offence.
Penalty: $2 000.
