BEEKEEPERS ACT 1963 - SECT 25

25 .         Governor may declare pests

                The Governor may, from time to time, by proclamation, declare any animal, bird or insect to be a pest for the purposes of this Act and may in like manner vary or cancel any proclamation so made.
