by a beekeeper shall be branded with a registered brand.
(2) Every application
for a registered brand shall be made to the Registrar, in the prescribed
manner, and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3) The Registrar
shall issue a certificate of registration for such brand in the prescribed
form.
