BIOSECURITY AND AGRICULTURE MANAGEMENT ACT 2007 - SECT 10

10 .         When organism is to be taken to be on land

                For the purposes of this Act, a reference to an organism being on land is to be taken to include a reference to an organism that is —

            (a)         on or in any water on or under the land; or

            (b)         in the air above the land.
