Western Australian Consolidated Acts If any member of the
Police Force has reasonable grounds for suspecting that a person is standing
or loitering in any street or public place for the purpose of, or with the
intention of, betting contrary to this Act, the person shall, whether or not
such standing or loitering causes, or tends to cause, an obstruction to
traffic in that street or public place, not refuse or neglect to move on when
requested by that member of the Police Force so to do.
Penalty: $200.
