Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to and in
accordance with this Part, prescribed live organisms of a particular kind may
be declared to be agent organisms for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Action for the
declaration of agent organisms in accordance with this Part may be commenced
by —
(a) a
unanimous recommendation being made to the Authority by the Council; or
(b) an
application being made under section 20.
