BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES REGISTRATION ACT 1998 - SECT 39

39 .         Registration of marriage

                A marriage may be registered by —

            (a)         including the marriage certificate as part of the Register; or

            (b)         including particulars of the marriage in the Register.
