Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Governor may make
regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Act
to be prescribed, or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed, for giving
effect to this Act and, in particular, prescribing, or adopting with or
without modifications from the Transmissible Diseases Regulations, the form of
the declaration to be made by a donor for the purposes of this Part.
