Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A plant that is a
declared plant within the meaning of the
Agriculture and Related Resources Protection Act 1976 , or the refuse of
such a plant, may be burnt during the prohibited burning times so long as the
burning is carried out subject to and in accordance with the regulations.
(2) A person who,
pursuant to the authority of this section, burns a plant or the refuse of a
plant and fails to carry out the burning in accordance with the regulations is
guilty of an offence against this Act.
Penalty: A fine not exceeding $2 000.
