Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) This Act does
not affect the provisions of the Fire Brigades Act 1942 , or of the
Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 .
(2) This Act is to be
construed so as not to limit or restrict in any way the effect and operation
of the provisions of either of those Acts.
