3 Under the Financial Management (Transitional Provisions)
Act 2006 s. 19 a reference in a written law or other document or instrument
to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985 may, where the
context so requires, be read as if it had been amended to be a reference to the
Financial Management Act 2006 or to the Auditor General
Act 2006, or to both those Acts, as the case requires.
4 On the date as at which this compilation was prepared, the
Road Traffic Legislation Amendment Act 2012 Pt. 4 Div. 3 had
not come into operation. It reads as follows:

This Division amends the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority
Act 1998.
44. Section 3
amended
(1) In section 3 in the definition of owner:
(a) in paragraph (a) delete “who holds the licence for the
vehicle that is required under the Road Traffic Act 1974; or”
and insert:
to whom a licence in respect of the vehicle has been granted under the
Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012; or
(b) in paragraph (b) delete “the vehicle is not licensed under
the Road Traffic Act 1974,” and insert:
there is not such a person,
(2) In section 3 in the definition of vehicle delete
“same meaning as in the Road Traffic Act 1974.” and
insert:
meaning given in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008
section 4.
45. Section 50
amended
In section 50(1) in the definition of speed measuring
equipment delete “section 98A(2) of the Road Traffic
Act 1974.” and insert:
the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008
section 117(2).
