Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) In the event of
any dispute as to the quality or condition of grain tendered by the Company to
the holder of a warrant for delivery, other than at a port, the holder of the
warrant may require the dispute to be submitted to arbitration.
(2) Sealed samples of
the grain that is the subject of dispute under this section shall be taken in
the prescribed manner.
(3) Upon payment of
the prescribed fee on behalf of the holder of the warrant, the samples of the
grain that is the subject of dispute shall be forwarded to the Department of
Agriculture and there inspected in accordance with the regulations by an
officer of that department nominated by the Minister, and the officer shall
give his decision on the matter in dispute.
