Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Treasurer is
to notify the day of privatisation in the Gazette .
(2) The Treasurer may
change the day notified under subsection (1) to a later day.
(3) If the day is
changed the Treasurer is to notify the change in the Gazette .
(4) Property in shares
in the Bank that passes from R & I Holdings to any person on the day of
privatisation is to be taken to pass at the beginning of the day of
privatisation.
