BUILDING REGULATIONS 1989 - SECT 38

38 .         Certain provisions of the Building Code not to apply

                The following provisions of the Building Code do not apply — 

            (a)         in Volume One — 

                  (i)         Objective G01(c);

                  (ii)         Functional Statement GF1.2; and

                  (iii)         Performance Requirement GP1.2;

                and

            (b)         in Volume Two — 

                  (i)         Objective O2.5(b);

                  (ii)         Functional Statement F2.5.2; and

                  (iii)         Performance Requirement P2.5.3.
