CORONERS ACT 1996 - SECT 26

26 .         Record of findings and comments

        (1)         A coroner or the coroner’s registrar must keep a record of each investigation into a death in the prescribed form.

        (2)         A record is not evidence in any court of any fact asserted to in it.
