Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) When the Federal
Court is exercising jurisdiction with respect to matters arising under the
Corporations Law of Western Australia, being jurisdiction conferred by this
Division, that Court must apply the rules of court made because of
section 60 of the Corporations Act, with such alterations as are
necessary.
