Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Companies Auditors
and Liquidators Disciplinary Board established under section 13 of the
Companies (Administration) Act 1982 may perform the functions and
exercise the powers conferred on it under Division 2 of Part II of the
Companies (Western Australia) Code in respect of applications made to it under
Subdivision B of that Division before the commencement of this section.
