CORRUPTION AND CRIME COMMISSION ACT 2003 - SECT 13

13 .         Declaration of inability to act

                The Commissioner may declare himself or herself unable to act in respect of a particular matter by reason of —

            (a)         an actual or potential conflict of interest; or

            (b)         having to perform other functions under this Act.
