Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commissioner
of Police is required to notify the Commission of matters concerning, or that
may concern, reviewable police action in accordance with guidelines issued
under section 30.
(2) The Commission may
deal with a matter notified under subsection (1) as if it were a matter
notified under section 28(2).
