Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commission may
by notice in writing direct the Commissioner of Police or any other person to
give the Commission details of the exercise of an exceptional power under this
Division, including the identity of any person who has exercised the power.
(2) The Commissioner
of Police or any other person to whom a notice is given under
subsection (1) is to comply with the direction in the notice as soon as
is reasonably practicable.
