Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commission may
receive information and otherwise perform its functions in relation to acts,
omissions or conduct occurring before or after the coming into operation of
this Act.
(2) The Commission may
receive information and otherwise perform its functions in relation to acts,
omissions or conduct alleged to have been done, omitted or engaged in by a
person who was a public officer at the time of the alleged acts, omissions or
conduct even if the person has ceased to be a public officer.
