CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY SERVICES ACT 2004 - SECT 242

242 .         Obstruction

                A person must not obstruct or hinder a person who is performing or attempting to perform a function under this Act.

        Penalty: a fine of $12 000 and imprisonment for one year.
