CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY SERVICES ACT 2004 - SECT 250

250 .         Repeal, transitional and savings provisions

        (1)         The following Acts are repealed —

            (a)         the Child Welfare Act 1947 ;

            (b)         the Community Services Act 1972 ;

            (c)         the Welfare and Assistance Act 1961 .

        (2)         The following regulations are repealed —

            (a)         the Child Welfare Regulations 1977 ;

            (b)         the Community Services (Child Care) Regulations 1988 ;

            (c)         the Community Services (Outside School Hours Care) Regulations 2002 ;

            (d)         the Community Welfare Organizations Regulations 1980 ;

            (e)         the Welfare and Assistance Act Regulations 1962 .

        (3)         Schedule 1 sets out transitional and savings provisions.
