of parentage set out in the Family Court Act 1997 Part 5
Division 11 Subdivision 3 apply when considering, for the purposes
of Parts 4 and 5, who is a parent of a child.
(2) The Family Court
Act 1997 section 193 applies, for the purposes of Parts 4
and 5, in relation to the presumptions referred to in
subsection (1).
