CONSERVATION AND LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 1984 - SECT 101C

101C .         Taking flora or fauna, offence

                A person shall not, without lawful authority, take any flora or fauna in a marine nature reserve, marine park or marine management area.

        Penalty: $10 000 and imprisonment for one year.
