Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Until regulations are
made under this Act to provide for a matter referred to in Part X or a matter
which may be prescribed, the regulations made under the repealed Acts and the
Wildlife Conservation Act 1950 to make provision for that matter and in
force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall apply as if they
had been made under this Act.
