15 The State Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2004 r. 43 contains provisions which may be relevant for this Act.

16 The Machinery of Government (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2006 section 454 provides general transitional provisions concerning references to chief executive officers that are amended or deleted by that Act.

17 On the date as at which this reprint was prepared, the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Repeal and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007 s. 87 had not come into operation. It reads as follows:


87. Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947 amended

(1) The amendments in this section are to the Country Areas Water Supply Act 1947.

(2) Section 12C(1)(c) is amended by deleting “the Agriculture and Related Resources Protection Act 1976” and inserting instead —

“ the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007 ”.
