Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where —
(a) the
President is absent from duty for any reason;
(b) the
President declines to deal with any matter; or
(c) no
judge has been designated to be the President,
the senior judge
(determined by reference to the date of appointment as a judge of the Court)
present and able to act has the functions of the President.
(2) Upon the request
of the President a judge may perform any of the functions of the President.
