Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister must
carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act as soon as
is practicable after every fifth anniversary of the commencement of this
section.
(2) The Minister must
prepare a report based on each review under subsection (1) and, as soon
as is practicable after the report is prepared (and in any event not more than
12 months after the relevant anniversary), cause it to be laid before
each House of Parliament.
