Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A local government
of a district that is outside the metropolitan region which wishes to erect a
dwelling or dwellings within its district —
(a) to
assist a business carried on or proposed to be carried on within its district;
or
(b) to
provide housing for Government employees, local government employees, or other
persons providing services within its district,
may apply to the
Authority for financial assistance for that purpose.
(2) The Authority may,
with the approval of the Minister, approve an application under this section
on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit or may refuse the application.
