Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A court referred
to in section 5 may make rules of court that provide for any matter that
is required or permitted by this Act to be the subject of rules of court or
that is necessary or convenient for giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
(2) The rules of court
must not be inconsistent with any regulations made under section 119.
