Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts All roads delineated
on and included in the subject of Land Titles Office 2 Plans numbered
6412 to 6424 inclusive and 6531, and diagram No. 18217, together with the
roads described in the Third Schedule to this Act are dedicated as public
roads as from the date of approval by the Surveyor General or other person
appointed by the Governor of the plans, notwithstanding anything contained in
the provisions of either the Municipal Corporations Act, 1906-1953 , or the
Road Districts Act, 1919-1951 , relating to the roads.
