COAL MINERS' WELFARE ACT 1947 - SECT 1

1 .         Short title and commencement

        (1)         This Act may be cited as the Coal Miners’ Welfare Act 1947 , and shall come into operation on a date to fixed by proclamation  1 .

        (2)         This Act shall be read and construed with the Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994 .
