CITY OF PERTH (LEEDERVILLE PARK LANDS) ACT 1950 - SECT 3

3 .         Power to lease

                The City of Perth is empowered from time to time to lease the land described in Section 2 of this Act in such manner and on such terms as the City of Perth may in its absolute discretion, subject to any obligation under the Local Government Act 1995 , deem fit.
