CITY OF PERTH (LATHLAIN PARK RESERVES) ACT 1950 - SECT 5

5 .         Perth Lot 200 in the City of Perth

                All that land being portion of Swan Location 36 and being Lot 200 as shown in Diagram 60911, and being the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 1591, Folio 324, registered in the Office of Titles  ² in the name of the City of Perth, is discharged from all trusts now affecting that land.
