CITY OF PERTH RESTRUCTURING ACT 1993 - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

        (1)         This Act, other than section 8 and Parts 3 and 5, comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent  ¹ .

        (2)         Section 8 is deemed to have come into operation on 18 October 1993.

        (3)         Parts 3 and 5 come into operation on division day  ¹ .
