THE COMMONWEALTH OIL REFINERIES, LIMITED (PRIVATE), ACT 1940 - SECT 9

9 .         Company to make compensation for any damage

                The company shall do as little damage and cause as little inconvenience as may be in the execution of the powers conferred by this Act, and shall make compensation for any physical damage which may be done in the execution of such powers.
