CORPORATIONS (COMMONWEALTH POWERS) ACT 2001 - SECT 9

9 .         Operation of Act

                This Act has effect despite any provision of the Corporations (Western Australia) Act 1990 or of the applicable provisions (as defined in that Act) of the State.
