sections 45 and 45B of the Competition Code of this or another
participating jurisdiction to “the commencement of this section”
are to be regarded as references to the commencement of the provision of the
law of the jurisdiction that provides that the Competition Code text as in
force for the time being applies as a law of the jurisdiction.
