Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Any moneys payable
under an order of the Commissioner under this Act or to give effect to a
decision arising from an application made under this Act to the State
Administrative Tribunal shall be charged to the Consolidated Account which is
to the extent necessary appropriated accordingly.
