2 The provisions in this Act repealing these written laws have been omitted under the Reprints Act 1984 s. 7(4)(f).

3 The State Administrative Tribunal (Conferral of Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 Pt. 5, the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 s. 167 and 169, and the State Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2004 r. 28 and 42 deal with certain transitional issues some of which may be relevant for this Act.

4 On the date as at which this compilation was prepared, the Road Traffic Legislation Amendment Act 2012 Pt. 4 Div. 17 had not come into operation. It reads as follows:


Division 17 — Dangerous Goods Safety Act 2004 amended

86. Act amended

This Division amends the Dangerous Goods Safety Act 2004.

87. Section 14 amended

(1) In section 14(1) delete “within the meaning of the Road Traffic Act 1974” and insert:


as defined in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 5


(2) In section 14(2) delete “within the meaning of the Road Traffic Act 1974” and insert:


as defined in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 5


88. Section 15 amended

In section 15(2) delete “the owner within the meaning of the Road Traffic Act 1974 of” and insert:


a responsible person, as defined in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 4, for
