Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) As soon as
practicable after the fifth anniversary of its commencement, the Minister must
review the operation and effectiveness of this Act and prepare a report about
the review.
(2) As soon as
practicable after preparing the report, the Minister must cause it to be laid
before each House of Parliament.
