2 The Superannuation and Family Benefits Act 1938

Act 2000 s. 26.
3 The Criminal Property Confiscation (Consequential
Provisions) Act 2000 s. 12(3) reads as follows:
(3) Despite the amendment effected by subsection (1), the Director
of Public Prosecutions Act 1991 as in force before the commencement of

the latter Act is continued by this Act.

purported to come into operation.
