Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If the Director,
with the consent of the Attorney General, holds an appointment to prosecute
offences in the laws of another jurisdiction, it is a function of the Director
to commence and conduct prosecutions for those offences in accordance with the
terms of the appointment.
(2) If a member of the
Director’s staff, with the consent of the Attorney General, holds an
appointment to prosecute offences in the laws of another jurisdiction, the
member may commence and conduct prosecutions for those offences in accordance
with the terms of the appointment.
