97. Act amended

This Division amends the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1970.

98. Schedule amended

In the Schedule delete “Section 79 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987.” and insert

Residential Tenancies Act 1987 sections 79 and 80A.
