Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts [T]hat the said
several recited Acts shall be and the same are hereby repealed, but so as not
to affect any of the provisions and remedies of the said Acts or any of them
to the benefit of which any persons are entitled, as against any estate or
interest in any lands, tenements, hereditaments, or other real estate, of any
person or persons who died before the passing of this Act.
