DONGARA-ENEABBA RAILWAY ACT 1974 - SECT 3

3 .         Authority for deviation

                Notwithstanding anything contained in the Public Works Act 1902 , it shall be lawful to deviate from the line as described in the Schedule to the extent of 5 kilometres on either side thereof.
