Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) This section
applies if a person who is subject to a supervision order is sentenced to a
term or period of imprisonment for any offence, other than a sexual offence as
defined in the Evidence Act 1906 section 36A, whether committed
before or after the supervision order was made.
(2) The period for
which the supervision order applies is extended by any period after the order
is made during which the person is in custody serving the sentence of
imprisonment.
