ELECTORAL ACT 1907 - SECT 113D

113D .         Claims etc. may be lodged with Electoral Commissioner

        (1)         Where a claim, voting ticket, notice or application under section 80, 113A or 113C is lodged with the Electoral Commissioner it shall be deemed to have been made to, lodged with or received by the returning officer and to have been so made, lodged or received at the time at which it was lodged with the Electoral Commissioner.

        (2)         This section does not affect the operation of section 81A.
