Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) As soon as
practicable after the end of the period within which returns under
sections 175N and 175NA have to be lodged in relation to a financial
year, the Electoral Commissioner shall prepare and submit to the Minister a
report on the operation of this Part in relation to that financial year.
(2) The Minister shall
cause a copy of each report submitted under subsection (1) to be laid
before each House of Parliament as soon as practicable after receiving the
report.
